Massage therapy became meaningful to me through my own experience with tension and overuse. I understand how easy it is to accept stiffness, tightness, and fatigue as “normal” — especially when your work or routine puts constant demands on your body. Experiencing the difference that focused, intentional bodywork can make is what led me to pursue this profession.

Today, I specialize in myofascial therapy, deep tissue, sports massage, and post-operative swelling management as a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT). I work frequently with individuals dealing with repetitive strain, postural stress, the effects of long hours spent sitting, and those recovering from orthopedic surgery. My approach is clinical and goal-oriented. Each session is built around what you want to achieve — whether that’s improving mobility, reducing pain and swelling, enhancing performance, or feeling strong and capable in your daily routine.
